Cheesy Ravioli and Broccoli Bake

Creamy ravioli and broccoli bake

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of ravioli
  • 300 g fresh broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 container sour cream
  • 400 ml milk
  • 1 Knorr Garlic and Potato Bake
  • 2.5 ml Robertsons Cayenne Pepper
  • 250 ml grated mozzarella

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  2. Place ravioli and broccoli in baking dish
  3. Mix sour cream, milk and Knorr Garlic and Herb Potato Bake in a jug. Pour over ravioli.
  4. Sprinkle with Robertsons Cayenne Pepper and mozzarella.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese has melted properly.

Tip: You can also include cauliflower in the bake for a little extra vegetable power.
